The Semilla Center is exploring, with partners in the arts and healing, how art can be a powerful way to break down isolation, uncover hidden gifts, and heal from trauma. All of our programs seek to foster community building and mutual support while creating together.
With St. Paul’s Church, we are planning a meditation center, where people can sit in silence and semi-darkness, and recharge. Workshops in grief work, art therapy, and movement classes to build personal power, are also being researched and developed. The Semilla Center is located within St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, a diverse and welcoming church, with opportunities for spiritual support.
